We have a new full-length coming in March called ‘Concrete Sustain.’ That’s the cover above. We like it quite a bit and hope you will as well. If you want to read all about the who, what, when, where, how, etc. you can read the “official press release” over here. Stay tuned and we’ll hook you up with some new tracks in the coming weeks.
We’ll be heading up to Providence, RI on December 1st to play our first out-of-town show since we stopped touring earlier this summer to focus on recording our next full-length. The show is at AS220 and we’ll be joined by fellow New Yorkers Gnaw along with Rhode Island locals Tovarish, Kintaan, and Limiter Limited.
We’ve also received a small shipment of new T-shirts in the “Face” design, pictured above. These are a gray/gunmetal ink on black shirts and available in small, medium, and large. We still have a few XLs available in the “Copper Face” and “Rope Man” designs as well. Check our merch page for more.
UPDATED 11/6/12: We’ll be playing at Saint Vitus two weeks from today with Nachtmystium, Mutilation Rites, Lord Mantis, and Sannhet. Jarboe and Bruce Lamont evidently had to cancel. For a lineup like that, it’s worth coming out on a Monday. We’ll be playing some new songs, including this one called “Concrete,” from our forthcoming LP which is currently being mixed by Sanford Parker and will be released next spring. Continue reading →
We will be playing an unofficial CMJ party for Pitchfork’sShow No Mercy on Saturday, October 20 at 285 Kent along with Car Bomb, Pyrrhon, Primitive Weapons, and Theologian. It’s all ages and tickets are available here. Continue reading →
We’ve added a last-minute show at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn this coming Sunday, September 2. It’s an after party for the Power of the Riff Festival and we’ll be joined by a special surprise guest, though if you’re a careful reader you can surmise who it will be. Doors will open at 11:59pm and it’s free for all Power of the Riff attendees (five bucks for everyone else).
Our good friend James Spruill (a.k.a. Bitter Boxcar) made a video for an old song of ours called “Tunguska” using a lot of old found footage and clips from propaganda videos and what-not. It’s pretty cool, check it out:
